Let me tell you a little about myself and my vision: Through my therapeutic practice and this TOT space, I am strengthening my approach to (and visibility of) rights-based, culturally informed and social justice-oriented perspectives. While I do appreciate the history and the monolith of Western psychotherapy, I also wish to decolonise these practices to fit the understandings and interventions of multicultural contexts.
